What is the minimum order quantity?

100 bags is the minimum order quantity. From there you can order in any quantity up to 20,000+.

How do I place an order?

Fill in our order form below and we'll send you a personalised quote within 24 hours. Once you're happy, we'll guide you through the rest, design, approval and delivery.

What file formats do you accept for logos?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) but also accept PNG at minimum 300dpi.

Do I need a designer to create my artwork?

No. If you have a logo and brand guidelines, we'll incorporate them into a clean, print-ready design. For more complex creative requests, we recommend working with a designer beforehand.

Will I see the design before it's printed?

Always. We send a digital proof for your approval before a single bag is printed - what you see is exactly what you get.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of order confirmation and design approval. Need it faster? Get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.

What coffee is inside the bags?

We currently offer two varieties: Single Origin Arabica Colombia and Decaf Single Origin Arabica Mexico.

How much coffee is in each bag?

Each drip bag contains 10g of freshly ground specialty coffee - enough for one perfect cup.

Can I have different designs on the front and back of the drip bag?

Yes! Every order includes full printing on both sides, so you get two designs as standard — one for the front and one for the back. You can use this to show your logo on the front and a message, QR code or brewing instructions on the back, for example.

Prefer to keep it simple? You can absolutely use the same design on both sides, or leave the back blank if you'd like a cleaner look.

Are the drip bags recyclable or compostable?

Yes! We care about more than just great coffee. Our drip bags are fully compostable, so once you've enjoyed your cup you can dispose of them guilt-free. The sachets are made from a single recyclable material, making them easy to process through standard recycling streams.
